adapt is passionate in their belief that technology, specifically software, is here to help – not hinder – us. This is the foundation upon which the company was formed in February 2015.

The SearchPlus service was a perfect fit for Adapt – The Ripple team took over the time consuming process of searching, screening and selecting the most suitable candidates.
After an initial discovery call, Ripple started the process of identifying the most suitable candidates, working closely with the adapt leadership team on the screening criteria.
Ripple produced a short list of six candidates, each carefully selected and presented with their own 10 minute video interview.
After interviewing four of the six shortlisted candidates, a Full Stack Developer was hired on a remote basis and the recruitment fee was spread over 12 months.
